Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Nuera! However, if you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with Irish and EU consumer protection law.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@nuera.ie with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and clear return instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return.
• Opened or used personal care products cannot be returned, unless faulty or damaged.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected
• .You’ll receive your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Your Right to Cancel

Under EU law, you have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by email.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned, unless faulty:

• Opened or used skincare, haircare, wellness or beauty products
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
