At Nuera, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with minimal hassle.
Shipping Within Ireland and the UK
- Standard Delivery: €4.99 (Ireland) // £3.99 (UK)
- Free Delivery: On all orders over €40 (Ireland // £40 (UK)
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Delivery Time: An Post usually delivers within 1–3 business days after dispatch
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
We use An Post and Royal Mail for secure, trackable, and reliable delivery throughout Ireland.

International Delivery
We are working to expand our delivery service beyond Ireland/UK.
Delays or Lost Parcels
If you haven’t received your parcel within 5 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at info@nuera.ie with your order number.
We’ll investigate with our courier service and do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.
